In the first section Johannes Weber discussed with the participants the importance of the grounding of a solar system. Therefore, he covered the technical aspects of the configuration of the grounding and different types of grounding methods. Moreover, he explained the reconciliation of the grounding with the type of soil at the site of the solar system.

Korvah Mulbah presented in the second section the new EnDev App. The new App will be soon available in the App Store for Android phones. The App helps to collect Data about the renewable energy sector in Liberia as everybody who works in this area or sees an e.g. solar system can upload this information through a questionnaire. All uploaded information will be after a reviewing process visible in the maps on our website: http://www.renewables-liberia.info/index.php/map/analytical-map. He explained why Data collection is from very high importance for further investments in this sector in Liberia. Additionally, he explained how the software works and how to use the app practically.

In the third and last section Momo Torkson presented the technical design and the functions of two solar systems EnDev/GIZ installed in Liberia. He explained the components of each system and what has to be considered when the participants install a solar system themselfes.
