ECREEE is asking for applicants consulting services which will 1) identify organizations supporting entrepreneurs; 2) assess their capacity and willingness to deliver managerial, business and technical training services to entrepreneurs in the renewable energy field and in particular in off-grid solar PV and 3) define the required technical assistance intervention based on a regional network.
